FAQ
Can I use our own logo?Of course it's okay. We offer OEM as well as ODM, which means we will customize bulk as your requested logo, packing, designs, etc..
How's your sample policy?Generally, it takes 7-20 days to make samples for new phototype. Sample fee will be charged but it is refundable if placing official orders. OEM & ODM are both available. If you are not confident on colour selection, we can cad up a sketch for your checking before sampling.
All development sample delivery courier charge has to be paid by your side.
What is your lead time for orders?
Normally we are operating OEM/ODM orders. Lead time would be 45-60 days after PP sample being confirmed. But for available full size tooling orders it might be advanced, depends on material bulk and production period as well.
What quality control measures do you have in place to ensure the products meet our specifications?
Our QC team followed AQL final inspection standard and follow up on-line production quality closely. Also the merchandising team with good comprehension of customer needs and will focus on customers' concern of each style.
Will you accept small qty orders?
Yes, as mentioned our MOQ is 600prs per colour, we are experienced with small qty order operating such as available stock material sourcing.
Do you offer volume discounts?
For volume qty orders, cost can be discussed case by case. For sure both workmanship and material consumption can be double checked to reach the volume target price.
